Lumson Group Expands Internationally With Lombardi Design and Manufacturing

Lumson S.p.A.  completed the acquisition of Lombardi Design and Manufacturing, a US-based company specializing in cosmetic primary packaging. The deal is through its stateside subsidiary Lumson USA.

In addition, Lumson has also acquired 100% of Lombardi Design & MFG Limited, in Asia.

 Lumson now has a direct presence across three continents – Europe, North America and Asia – “further enhancing its ability to serve global customers, develop industrial and commercial relationships on an international scale and capture new opportunities in high-growth markets.”

Lombardi Design and Manufacturing will continue to operate under its existing name and brand, ensuring management and operational continuity. Carl Lombardi will also continue to lead the company as CEO, supporting the future growth and strategic integration of the business within the group.
